US Support LLC ("we", "us") operates USSupportLLC.com and the products listed on it. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Server logs: like nearly every website, our server records IP addresses, pages requested, and browser type.
• Cookies: this site sets a session cookie only in the staff admin area. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
• Live chat: the chat widget on this site is our own product, ChatRelay.net. Messages you type in the chat are processed by ChatRelay and delivered to our staff. Don't share passwords or payment card numbers in chat.

How we use it

To answer your support requests, keep the site secure, and prevent abuse. That's it.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information. Data is handled by the service providers that run this site — our web-hosting provider, and ChatRelay.net for live chat — and is otherwise disclosed only if the law requires it.

Retention

Chat transcripts are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, then deleted. Server logs rotate automatically.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
