Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purchases of our paid products are refundable within 14 days of purchase - call 1-855-977-1454 or use the billing page on the product's own site. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

US Support LLC does not offer removal, deletion, or editing of arrest records or the images associated with them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Support LLC's total liability arising out of these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Clark County, Nevada.
